Unstuck 1:1 Program: ¥99,000 (tax included, one-month program). Includes a free 30-minute intake call, 2.5 hours of hypnotherapy (Regression + Reframe), your personalized transformation audio, 2 bonus audios, and a 1-hour follow-up session at week 3.
7. Additional Fees
The listed price includes all program fees. If you pay by international credit card, PayPal, or international bank transfer, your bank or card provider may charge a currency conversion or transfer fee. Such fees are outside our control and are the client's responsibility.
8. Accepted Payment Methods
Credit card, PayPal, PayPay, and bank transfer.
9. Payment Period
Payment is due in full at the time of booking, before the program begins. Credit card and PayPal payments are processed immediately; bank transfers should be completed at least 24 hours before your first session.
10. Delivery / Timing of Service
This is a personal service, not a physical good. After payment (or after booking a free intake call), we will contact you within 2 business days to schedule your first session at a time that works for you. Ongoing sessions are arranged directly between you and Lin Ferrer.
11. Exchanges & Returns Policy
- Before your first paid session: The intake/discovery call is free. You may cancel before your first paid session at no charge.
- Cancellations & rescheduling: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged a cancellation fee. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice ("no-shows"), may be charged in full.
- Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place.
- If there is a problem on our end: If a technical issue on our side (for example, a video call failure) prevents your session from taking place, please contact us and we will reschedule at no charge.

7. 商品代金以外の必要料金
表示価格にはプログラムに関する費用がすべて含まれます。海外発行のクレジットカード、PayPal、海外送金でお支払いいただく場合、ご利用の金融機関により為替手数料や送金手数料が発生することがあります。これらの手数料はお客様のご負担となります。

9. お支払時期
お支払いは、プログラム開始前のご予約時に全額をお願いしております。クレジットカード・PayPalは即時決済、銀行振込は初回セッション開始の24時間前までにお願いいたします。
10. サービス提供時期
本サービスは有形の商品ではなく、個別のセラピーサービスです。お支払い後（または無料相談のご予約後）、2営業日以内にご連絡し、ご都合の良い日時で初回セッションを調整いたします。以降のセッションもご都合に合わせて個別に調整いたします。
11. 返品・キャンセルについて
- 初回の有料セッション前： 初回相談（ディスカバリーコール）は無料です。初回の有料セッション前であれば、料金なしでキャンセルいただけます。
- キャンセル・日程変更について： セッション開始の24時間前までにご連絡いただいたキャンセル・日程変更については、キャンセル料は発生しません。それ以降のキャンセル、または無断キャンセル（ノーショー）については、全額を請求する場合があります。
- 返金について： セッション実施後の返金は原則として行いません。
- 当方に不備があった場合： ビデオ通話の不具合など、当方の都合によりセッションが実施できなかった場合は、ご連絡いただければ無償で再調整いたします。
